RITA WOOD, NDI President and Managing Consultant, began her career in contact center management over 25 years ago when she co-founded global outsourcer, TeleTech. Since then, she has acted as consultant or advisor on projects for companies ranging from start-up to Fortune 500, and considers "identifying and developing synergy between people, systems and corporate objectives" a core competency.

In 1992, she joined third party provider 800 Direct to become Executive Vice President and COO. In 1998, she signed on with Herbalife International as Vice President in charge of Worldwide Order Operations with responsibility for call centers in over 30 countries. In addition to her role as President of the NDI organization, Rita currently provides consulting services to NDI partners and clients, speaks regularly as a subject matter expert at industry conferences, and writes for a variety of trade journals.

She is also immediate past-president (2004-2005) of the SOCAP (Society of Consumer Affairs Professionals) Southwest Regional Chapter and is an active ATA and DMA Teleservices Council board and committee member (2006).

Recent clients served include Aames Home Loan, ARAMARK, American Management Association, Viking River Cruises, Novartis Pharmaceuticals, BOSE Corporation, Wm. Wrigley, Jr. Company, Nestlé, Yokohama Tire, and UnitedHealthCare.

In 2005, Rita acquired NDI from the company's founders Larry and Shana Greene.

NATE BATTLE, Director of Operations and Consultant, brings over 22 years of professional experience to the NDI team - including 20 years in management and leadership roles. Nate joined Network Direct in July/2005. In a prior management position with a telecommunications networking company, Nate developed and implemented internal sales contact management and order processing database systems, deployed a CRM application, and managed both inside and outsourced sales and service groups in support of the sales channel.

Heavy emphasis was placed on day-to-day telemarketing vendor management of 4 and 5 suppliers at a time, including testing performance-based compensation and the achievement of monthly sales targets. Throughout his career, Nate has acted in a variety of inside, outside, and sales management roles. He has been responsible for the creation, implementation and on-going management of business processes, systems and procedures for new business development and sustained operations.

He has successfully implemented and maintained matrix management and outsourced relationships. Previous positions held include: Management Consultant, VP/Consulting Partner, VP of Sales, Director of Technical Support, Director of Customer Support, and Director of Global Information Technology, where he managed teams throughout North America and Europe. Nate received his B.S. in Business Management from Cardinal Stritch University.

MARTY CAWLEY, Director of Administration, joined NDI in January/2006 with over 12 years experience in the outsourced contact center industry. Immediately prior to signing on with Network Direct, Marty held the position of Executive Vice President of Operations for one of NOVO1's business units. Prior to her work with NOVO1, she was a manager with outsourcer 800 Direct.

Marty's career achievements include developing and maintaining on-site recruitment programs, policy development and implementation, employee relations, vendor relations, management of training and quality assurance departments for contact centers, development of new hire, on the job and special skills enhancement training programs, performance evaluations and management mentoring and training. Marty's NDI role includes day-to-management and strategic growth of the company's Quality Monitoring and Account Management divisions, along with overseeing enterprise-wide operations and administration.

DARRYL BROWNE, Senior Account Manager-Outsourced Programs, brings 14+ years of outsourced customer care program/account management and business consultant experience to NDI, and has been with NDI since 2005.

Formerly with TeleTech as Senior Account Manager, Darryl was responsible for the life cycle management and revenue growth of a diverse portfolio of mid-sized and Fortune 500 clients. Additional responsibilities included providing the strategic direction of client accounts, managing teams of client services professionals, analyzing program-specific results to recognize trends, identification of performance improvement opportunities, and client retention. Darryl also successfully led the planning, creation and implementation of dozens of large-scale programs in the U.S., Canada and Southeast Asia during his tenure with TeleTech.

Most recently, Darryl was responsible for managing new program implementations, analyzing marketing results, and expanding client business for one of NOVO1's business units. In his current role as Senior Account Manager-Outsourced Programs, Darryl is responsible for program implementation, output management, vendor-client relations, and quality monitoring for NDI clients.

ERROL DAVIS, Sales Affiliate and Senior Consultant, has spent more than 28 years offering his knowledge as a professor emeritus and consultant of telephone marketing. He helped establish the nation's first successful inbound telemarketing and reservations call center in 1968, the year "800" service actually began. Ever since, he has been in the forefront of the industry growth.

He later helped establish National Data Corporation. He has handled direct response projects for many of the nation's largest companies including Ford, Xerox, GE, AT&T, Turner Broadcasting, Bose and NationsBank. He has also served as a consultant to some of the nation's leading companies, authored several DMA publications, has taught telemarketing courses for the American Management Association and is frequently called upon to be a guest speaker for the DMA, American Telemarketing Association and other marketing organizations.

PATRICK RYAN, Sales Affiliate and Senior Consultant, began his career in the telemarketing and call center industry over 20 years ago as a founding partner and Vice President of Sales for VOAD Systems, a developer and manufacturer of autodialing equipment.

In 1990 Patrick joined Ruppman Marketing (now Affina) a customer service outsourcing firm as Business Development Manager. In 1995, Patrick joined technical outsourcing firm, Keane Inc. (acquired by Convergys) as National Account Manager. Patrick also served in the role of Business Development Manager at 800 Direct (now CyberRep). From 1998 through 2003, he led the outstanding sales team at Microdyne Outsourcing, Inc. as Vice President of Sales and Marketing and most recently served as Executive Vice President of the Call Center Solutions Division of Apex CoVantage.

Patrick has worked with such clients as: Panasonic, Sony, Cisco/Linksys, MCI Worldcom, Yamaha, Magellan, Westinghouse Digital, Memorex, SonicWALL, Ascend Communications (Lucent Technologies) and Worldcom. He specializes in building client relationships and assisting with the successful deployment of teleservices outsourcing, continually focusing on finding the right solution for client business needs.

Patrick graduated from Loyola Marymount University with a major in Marketing and Communications and is a member of a number of industry associations.

MIKE KADISH, Sales Affiliate and Senior Consultant, joined NDI in April, 2001. Prior to joining the Network Direct team, Mike was Vice President of Marketing and Business Development for Corporate Express Call Center Services since 1988, after starting as Director of Marketing and Business Relations for that company. Prior to his work with Call Center Services, Mike was Director of Business Development at Consumers Distributing, a hundred plus store retail chain, where he both developed a new retail prototype and started a catalog division.

Mike also had his own marketing and market research consulting company for 12 years, where he specialized in the retail industry and did extensive market research in energy-related fields. He has an MBA in Marketing from New York University and is a Director of the Bergen County Habitat For Humanity, where he is currently Chair of the Fund Raising Committee.

CONNIE A. BATES, Sales Affiliate and Senior Consultant, has over 18 years of senior level management experience in the telemarketing industry. Connie served as Director of Marketing and Client Services during her seven years at National Data Corporation (NDC) at the company's Atlanta headquarters.

While at NDC, Connie was instrumental in establishing outsourced "Per Inquiry" telemarketing services for several of the country's largest cable networks, including Turner Broadcasting Systems, ESPN, Lifetime, USA Network, and Arts & Entertainment. In 1987 she joined Network Direct, establishing her own independent telemarketing consulting business and working with a wide range of established and start-up companies including all of the cable networks, Allstate Motor Club, CIGNA Healthcare, Oxford Health Plans, Pacific Telesis, Prodigy Services Company and 1-800-BAR NONE. Connie is published in Telemarketing and Teleprofessional magazines and is a frequent speaker on telemarketing issues at industry conferences.

KATHY MASI, Sales Affiliate and Senior Consultant, has over 17 years of experience in all facets of telemarketing and has been responsible for the success of numerous consumer and business programs for clients such as J. D. Power & Associates, Union Bank, Toshiba, ITT/Metromedia, Wells Fargo Bank, GTE, Consumers Union, Countrywide, 20th Century Insurance and Viking Office Products. She has functioned as a consultant, speaker and author and is recognized as an expert in overall call center operations, quality control and call center support services. She has taught telemarketing courses at California State University/Northridge and has been published in Telemarketing Magazine.

RICK NORSE, Sales Affiliate, has 24 years experience in providing cost effective telemarketing and direct marketing solutions. Rick has worked with several leading advertising agencies including Foote Cone Belding Direct and he has generated thousands of sales leads and new accounts for clients such as American Express, Fireman's Fund Insurance, Arthur J. Gallagher Insurance, Safeco Insurance, First Interstate Bank, Chase Bank, Glendale Federal Bank, Nike, Kaiser Healthcare, FHP Healthcare, and dozens of pharmaceutical companies. He is actively involved in the Direct Marketing Association and the Sales and Marketing Executives organization. Rick's outsourcing management approach is to focus on the client's ROI and look for innovative ways to exceed his client's expectations.
